Unable to interact after hit with Weskers bound

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Hopped into a locker to avoid wesker's power, he was able to hit me. After getting unhooked, I was unable to interact with anything, unable to recover, put up party pallets, open a chest, touch a gen, unhook, heal, nothing.
