Now I am normally Huntress and I know a thing or two when playing her.
Without Addons with a hatchet drawn you cannot catch a survivor correct? (Speed wise)

Generally, just played a game against one that was able to essentially walk behind us with Hatchets fully drawn and follow us in a straight path at an incredible speed. (She was faster than I was normally running non-injured)

At this point I am just going to start recording all my games to report these users but if the off chance this happens again I want to know what is the speed reduction when the hatchet is actually drawn and held at max power.

    Correct. The Huntress with a drawn hatchet is slower than the running survivor.
