Steam - Visual bug with Sable's cosmetics when remote hooked

Experienced this a few times on a couple of different maps (see screenshots) - sometimes, when Sable gets remote hooked, she loses either the lenses from her sunglasses, or the top of her hat/hair.
She's very sensitive about her hair loss.
