Spectate Killer & View Perks when dead and playing solo.

When you die, the game should allow you to view the killers perks and addons and also have the ability to spectate them if you're not queued with friends. I don't see the issue with being able to see all that if you're solo.

    I mean, yeah, when you are Solo, it is fine. But they changed it years ago because you could give the Killers Build to your teammates. They will not bring it back and spectating the Killer would be even worse when you are in an SWF.
