It is a real shame that this happens, especially to players from Latin America where the internet or the electric network is bad, it has already happened to me in three occasions, one because the internet was down, another because the power was cut, and another one because the game server was down, and in all three I was penalized with waiting time to look for queue, I understand that maybe you have no way to know if the player had the power or the internet down or if it was rage quit, but the game server is down and they penalize you for that, it is a trash.
