Buff Knock Out (Simple Idea)

Hello, your foggy neighbourhood Myers Main here, after trying to make this perk give any proper value at all (on multiple Killers) I have come to the conclusion that it is just a terrible perk in its current state. Let me explain:

Knock Out

The trauma caused by your brutal attacks makes crying for help painfully difficult.

  • When a Survivor drops a pallet, if they move 6 meters away from it within 6 seconds, they gain 5% Hindered for 5 seconds.

That's 3 criteria required, for a measly 5 seconds of 5% slower movement speed. It isn't worth using, since you get the same time save and/or chance of hitting a survivor by either breaking the pallet instantly (after zoning the survivor) or Bloodlust it. Hindrance only slows down movement speed and window vaults; not pallet vaults. And 5% isn't a big enough slow down to stop them reaching another pallet or rotating the same tile to get back to the pallet. Knock Out also does not activate if the pallet is broken or reset before the Survivor reaches the 6 meters required distance. Equipping a perk should make the Killer feel like they can get benefits from it the majority of the time (with the few times a Survivor outplays it, or the Killer simply cannot capitalize for whatever reason.)

What with Any Means Necessary also being buffed to 4 seconds, if for whatever reason, a Survivor is able to reset the pallet without the Killer noticing before a Survivor moves 6 meters away, the perk will not activate.

My suggested buff is this:

Knock Out

When a Survivor drops a pallet, if they move 6 meters away from the initial location, they gain 10% Hindered for 5 seconds.

This perk has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

The perk still activates if the pallet is broken (or break action has started) or reset before the Survivor moves 6 meters away from it.

Thoughts? What would you do to improve the criteria/effects of the perk? Or would you just rework it again entirely?
