[Suggestion] Universal BP offerings should be role specific, but shared across all characters

It seems odd that bloodpoint offerings are not shared across all characters. They are universally used and if you happen to have a bunch of offerings on one killer or survivor, but none on another, it feels really bad. For example, I have a large number of anniversary offerings on a killer I prestiged several times during the last anniversary. I don't play this killer much, so these offerings are just never going to be used. It would be nice if I could use them on other killers.

It would be ideal if they could be shared across both roles, but that might pose issues with how things are coded or stored.

I understand not sharing all offerings, but at least allow bloody party streamers and anniversary offerings to be shared.
