Deadzone on console.
Since I have been playing dbd I play both survivor and killer pretty evenly. I have recently been enjoying the killer trickster “which requires constant precision aiming” and have noticed the incredibly high dead zone. Trickster overall is usually rated a bit lower than other killers. On PC hitting your throwing knives with high accuracy isn’t to hard, but on console it’s completely different. Hitting those throwing knives is much more difficult and results in console tricksters to miss a lot more of their knives. The high dead zone isn’t much of a problem at all for survivors, which means it’s only a disadvantage to trickster. This fact makes him worse than what his kit actually is. This isn’t only a problem for trickster, but for all other ranged killers. For the other ranged killers however it isn’t as big of an issue because you aren’t throwing multiple projectiles in a row. Trickster is one of my favorite and most fun killers to play. Sadly, he just isn’t as good or enjoyable as he could be, same with the other ranged killers. Adding dead zones would improve not only present killers, but future ones too. This feature would also make the game more fluid and enjoyable for everyone.

Yeah I and a few others have been talking about it and the lack of other controller settings for years. I don't think we've ever gotten a real response about it from anyone.

Yeah more robust controller options have indeed been asked for many times over the years, things like dealing with those dead zones in the sticks that you bring up, response curve, etc.
They're adding in M&K support soon to the consoles, but sadly I'm afraid they'll say there ya go and that's it.

Yeah I doubt they will ever add any sort of Deadzone or response curve settings but even if they give us M&K support it’s at least something.
