Pinhead's prestige "skirt" seemingly reverted to default look

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the "skirt" part (not sure how it's called, sorry) of Pinhead's bloody torso appears bloodless and looks the same as the default version, even though the thumbnail still shows it as bloody, like it used to be.
PLATFORM: Steam / Nintendo Switch - same issue on both
