Xenomorph injured Leon activating Face The Darkness, Leon escaped the trial which should have disabled the perk but the perk remained active which allowed The Xenomorph to locate and sacrifice the final Survivor remaining in the trial.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series S
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Activate Face the Darkness on a Survivor and have them escape the trial injured.
