Unable to fast vault bus window vault on Wretched Shop

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: You cannot fast vault the bus window, only slow vault.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED: Running from killer and tried to fast vault into bus, but couldn't. The vaulting animation is played, but you stay outside the bus.
