Hes balanced. Not Overpowered.
I have faced countless Hillbillies, all made them fail chainsaws. Only Billies that could get a chainsaw hit on me were good ones (some were bad ones but were made because of mistakes from me), and it takes practice for the chainsaw.

I was still able to get people out the door as survivor, it wasn’t awful.

it's probably their worst event to date and a good indication that a secondary objective is not a good idea
if anything, just increase how long gens take to repair

Hillbilly requires no skill, and Nurse does. Yet he's not OP when he has more mobility than her. lolz
At least Nurse still requires two hits. They can both proxy camp effortlessly and benefit absurdly from certain perks. In a meta where healing is discouraged to rush generators faster, it's laughable that Hillbilly--whom has instant downs and typically runs BBQ and the Spirit Fury combo--is balanced, while Nurse--whom capitalizes on people bothering to heal--is unbalanced. like wut
