How do I unlock the bottom 3 cosmetics in the Twisted Masquerade?

So I did all the completion quests. I checked all the other quests and none of the remaining give cosmetics.

But I am still missing these 3 cosmetics. How do I get them?

They added a fifth batch of Quests, replacing the Chaos Shuffle ones, so I would assume they will come along.
