Glitchtrap has this problem too but it's extremely noticable on Yellow Rabbit. Their shoulders get really messed up because Springtrap's animations were made with the hard shell suit in mind, but when copied onto organic/bending models it seems to look pretty strange. Most likely an issue with more animations too but the axe jumpscare is the most notable as I noticed it day 1.
I just think shoulders add so much intimidation, when they're gone it just looks very silly. I know this may seem tiny but as someone who is a huge FNAF fan I hope this could get fixed! It may be a problem for skins later on too.
ALSO he looks like a teethless grandpa while holding his axe :D
