Simple buff, just have the totem's aura severely reduced to like 4m (same radius as Undying) or have it removed all together.
As a Hex it's open to being permanently cleansed and only affects 1 survivor. Perk has no secondary effect, cannot be relit, and requires losing a generator to activate. Way too many downsides as the survivor will likely ignore gens all together while it's up.
