How long does it usually take to get a response to your ticket?

On June 26th, I created a ticket regarding the missing twitch drops. I haven't received a response, it's been 3 weeks. I am being patient, but I'm just curious how long does it take to get a response? I just wanted to get an idea of how long the wait could get. If anyone has an experience with the Dead By Daylight support, would appreciate if you could share it.
