SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Issue with twisted masquerade completion quest

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I completed 22/24 twisted masquerade quest and still it shows that the quest "finish 20 quests in twisted masquerade" is not finished and i dont get the rewards.
