The shrine reseting weekly is pointless and should reset daily. Many players do not have access to licensed survivors/killers and therefore can't get their perks without using the shrine. It makes no sense how you have to wait a week just to HOPE to get a perk your looking for.

    It should just have all perks available at all times except the perks from the characters you own
