SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: cannot set binding and stuck without any

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: i login and it kept saying i couldn't connect before instantly connecting then i had no bindings other than main action walking and running
