SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Masquerade Event quests not updating, stuck at 18/20 and completing quests isn't possible

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I completed a quest and its not updating
