Still Unable to Access the Game On Xbox Series X

This is ridiculous. I was unable to get into the game on Xbox Series X for 4 days last week. The patch on Friday fixed it and I was able to play over the weekend, but the patch on Monday broke it again and I once again haven't been able to get into the game for 3 days now (7 days total of the event and counting). I've tried everything: resetting the game, soft resetting my console, hard resetting my console, uninstalling/reinstalling the game, all resets after that. Nothing is working. This needs to be fixed ASAP and a compensation of 25 million bloodpoints MINIMUM given BEFORE the event ends. No I'm not joking, that is a lowball estimate of how many bloodpoints players grinding this event would have easily accumulated over 7 days. This once-a-year event is our one chance to earn cakes for the rest of the year. Without adequate compensation, we will be left high and dry compared to players on other platforms. Please hurry, fix this issue, and make it right. Thank you.
