Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

We are getting too many Withered Isle Maps.

First we only had Garden of Joy.Then almost 2 years later, Greenvile was added, which people liked. It made the map offering less consistent, since the map was very one-sided. Also, its a nice realm with two maps based on original otherwordly killers. Then a year later, Freddy Fazbear's Pizzaria was added which was weird, and now literally the next patch the Walking Dead map is pushed onto that realm as well?

I don't get it. Is Withered Isle just the realm for maps you don't know where to put? Map offerings already got nerfed, they don't need to be less consistent. This just punishes people who like the maps. If you want to go to the new Walking Dead map, you need the 20% for your offering to succeed and then get a 1 in 4 of the right map. That is a 5% chance. You need to use on average 20 of the same map offering, to see the map you want once.

Things like Mac Millian or Yamato Estate make sense visually, thematically, and gameplay wise. Nostromo and Toba make sense to be together too, but even then they got seperate map offerings. Neither FNAF nor The Walking Dead fit the themes of the first two maps, and the Walking Dead map with its lighting doesn't even look like a Withered Isle map.

I don't know why these two maps don't have original realms. Is the worry to clutter the blood map too much? If that is the issue you can just remove all the bad BP offerings, and that would be fixed.

Please stop adding new maps to that realm and, if possible, migrate FNAF and TWD to have their own realm/map offering.

If I got it right, the main building of the Rallen Refuge map is the only part that will get to the live version.

The main building is apparently supposed to spawn as a tile on all of Withered Isle maps.

The Devs on twitter recently said it was a full on map. But yeah, communication has been weird about this.

I kinda agree, but it might be because the FNAF map is on withered isles that it got put there. It kinda makes sense since we only usually get 1 map per chapter that both maps end up in a kinda similar spot (probably easier to implement this way). Or maybe they just wanted to flesh out the realm Idk.

Honestly this map should not be a Withered Isle map at all, it should be a Lery's Memorial map and mostly indoors with a small outdoors section. It's been forever since we got even one solid indoor map, it's like the Devs are gunshy after how nasty the RPD map release was. There's too many Withered Isle maps and some realms STILL only have one or two maps.

We can cut some of the extra MacMillan's, Autohaven, and Coldwind maps too. Do we really need five different ones for these realms? Does anyone even like playing on some of these maps?

I think FNAF in the Withered Isle is fine and makes sense as it plays on the nostalgia theme the realm has, but the pizzeria should still, STILL have been an indoors map with a small outdoors; surely Fazbear's Pizza is a big enough building that if upsized a little could make a full map. How cool would it have been to find the fully rendered security room with all those cameras, have a bigger parts and services section, a larger kitchen, a bigger backstage, a larger arcade, a room with climbing structures you could actually loop inside of? I wanna see the hidden room Springtrap was found in and loop Killers there, complete with bloodstains showing Afton's final struggle as he was springlocked! That would have been a great Easter Egg!

Or what about a big indoor map that, due to the Entity's warping of ideas, has areas that blend seamlessly between FNAF 1's Pizzeria, FNAF 2's big open rooms, FNAF 3's scare attraction, and even FNAF 4's house and Sister Location's gallery rooms? That would have been so much more interesting than just another boring outdoors map with a themed main, the rest of that map doesn't even feel like it belongs in the FNAF universe… Movie OR games. BHVR could have done so much MORE with this idea and they chose to do the same basic ahh "themed main in a kinda generic outdoors area".

TWD doesn't fit the theme and shouldn't be here period.
