Still Unable to Boot Up the Game on Xbox Series X/Compensation Inadequate
I have been completely locked out of the game on Xbox Series X since the "fix" you deployed in the Monday update. Yes, I've tried everything to resolve the issue (making sure the game/console are up to date, clearing the game/console cache, restarting the game/console, hard resetting the console, etc.). Nothing is working and no other game is having any issues. Yes, I submitted a ticket with your support team today, but this issue is affecting other Xbox players too, not just me.
On top of that, the 2 million bloodpoint compensation that you sent players for the downtime (not that I can even get into the game to redeem it) is ridiculously insultingly low. I have been locked out of the game for 8 days now during the event (4 days last week and 4 days this week; I was able to get into the game over the weekend). During the event, 2 million bloodpoints can easily be earned in 2 hours. To reiterate, I have been locked out of playing the game for a total of 8 DAYS! Considering this is a once-a-year event to earn cakes for the rest of the year, this inadequate compensation has left affected players high and dry (even more so if we can't get back into the game before the event ends).
You seriously need to fix this issue ASAP and up the compensation to 25-30 million bloodpoints MINIMUM as that could have easily been earned in 8 days by any player lightly grinding the event. You previously sent of 3 million bloodpoints compensation when a past event went down for just a day so I know this isn't asking too much/being unreasonable.

I even uninstalled/reinstalled the game. No luck.
