Consistent server disconnection (potentially a Dredge issue

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: During many of my Kille matches in the past week, I've been disconnected at seemingly random points from the Dedicated Server. It has mostly happened while playing Dredge and soon after I teleport, so it may be an issue relating to his teleportation.

I've lost many bloodpoints, rank progress and even Tome progress and hope this is resolved soon.
