Stuck downed, unable to be picked up by killer or survivors

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Got downed on the table in Raccoon City and landed stuck in the chairs, killer couldn't pick me up and survivors couldn't heal me.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

On the Raccoon City map (unsure which wing) I was being chased by Plague upstairs and ran to drop down the hole to the first floor. She hit me as I was falling through the hole, which downed me, and I landed on the table by the chairs. Killer dropped down after me, landing on the floor, and she couldn't pick me up because I wasn't on the ground. She walked around the table trying to get to me, but eventually left, and I recovered on the table. When I tried to crawl to the ground, I couldn't move away from the chairs, and any bit of movement just made me get more stuck in between them. Any direction I turned couldn't get me unstuck, and multiple survivors tried to help get me up, but they couldn't reach me at all from any angle. They also tried dropping through the hole to potentially land on top of me and heal, but they couldn't land on the table just from dropping down. I eventually bled out.

VIDEO: (Shows the struggle against being trapped. I only started recording after it was clear I was truly stuck with no way to wiggle free, and after multiple attempts to pick me up. I asked the friend I was playing with (Lara - muted sound to not post their voice) to show dropping down the hole and trying to reach me)
