Lobby desync when playing with friends

When I'm trying to play with my friends it's either hard to get into the lobby together (a loading icon pops out for a long time at the right side of the screen and doesn't go away after a long time or results in a connection error) or when we do there is a desync when it comes to us being ready, one person either gets stuck in the lobby and never joins the match or it's just isn't showing that everyone is ready for one person. The bug sometimes fixes itself after repetetive relaunching of the game
