Keep deleting survivor addons (ptb feedback)
I forgot to mention this in the ptb thread but basically I think it's a FANTASTIC idea to delete useless addons in survivor items and keeping them to just 5. Survivor bloodwebs have so much cluster that its impossible to get what you want. For reference, two characters that I have raised in this event (i.e. I didnt farm for them besides the normal p3 to get their perks) are cheryl and pyramid head. I have everyone that i want at p3 now so in this event i started working towards p100 for characters that I like; My Pyramid head is p9 and I have 228 anniversary cakes, however my cheril with 24 levels of prestige only managed to get 115, that's basically half of it for more than double the levels of prestige, which is completely insane.
Flashlights should be the next item to get that treatment of only 5 addons, but if Im being honest I would be happier if they lowered it down to 4, three batteries and the low amp filament, which are realistically the only ones you use
However I know that this is a little difficult with other items, like medkits who I do think should keep the double iri, but the styptic is fine as an only purple imo, and from there just keep the charge addons, healing speed is nice but it rarely makes a significant difference. Another problem would be toolboxes, since I think they should keep both sabotage speed and charge addons (besides the bnp i mean) but even then that would make it 6.
In conclusion, even if medkits and toolboxes don't have exactly 5 addons there are a lot of them that aren't ever used and are not only a huge waste of bloodpoints but also of space, since they use up the nodes where a cake (or literally any other event item) could have spawned
The fog vials kind of get in the way of this since its more cluster but Im happy to trade that for a new item, but the old ones definitely need the same treatment as maps and keys in the ptb

I half agree.
One thing is that some items really do have a lot of worthless or arbitrary add-ons.
The other is that 5 is way too little. 7 or 8, fine by me, but only 5? And especially since Maps/Keys had less addons to begin with.
And the last is the fact that while BHVR cut down the add-on selection, we now have 3 nearly identical Flashlights, Maps and Fog Vials, and 4 identical Medkits.

They couldn't balance the 5 Add-Ons as it is. Even the best Add-Ons seem like a downgrade to what we currently have.
I agree with what you said about Toolboxes. It seems harder to thin those down because of the dual use they give.

New Blood Amber is a waste of iri slot though. Which is not exactly fantastic.

I partially agree. Consolidate the good addons, and remove the ones that are clutter. Same for items, slim them down. Nobody is using Cleaning Rag and Worn Out Toolboxes, all they do is clutter the bloodweb. I agree with @SoGo that about seven to eight different addons are probably fine, but we really don't need tons of addons like Toolboxes, Flashlights, and Medkits have. Just consolidate into the most used ones, basekit some and retire others. I'd be fine if something like Clean Rag or the Scrap of Instructions were basekitted on toolboxes for example.
Found the one Survivor player who uses a brown flashlight with a brown bulb and brown grip addon.

But it's more bloat with fog vials and their addons not less, I'm kinda worried if I just want one simple brown medkit I have to spend 300k bp sometimes, too much bloat just stop
