Repurpose: When a token is consumed gain 1 token
3/4/5 tokens: 10/25/40% speed to all skillfull actions ((Skillfull actions are actions which a skill check can be acquired within))
Appearance: safety goggles with greasy brown hair and electrician gloves with a high vis jacket
Backstory: As an immigrant he always loved tinkering with appliances found in the scrap heap. His parents had trouble getting money for basic needs however Simon entered a robot building contest winning the prize money to help his family. After reaching 20 he ran his own store with employees who loves tinkering as much as he did. Recently winning another robot fighting contest he was placing the trophy in the case with the rest when a man in a black suit came in and started firing at his employees.
Simon was scared and hid and as his employees were taken out he could hear voices telling him to kill the man in the suit. Simon gave in and charged the man. Consequently getting shot twice, but Simon resisted and pinned the man down when a black fog engulfed the area swelling the both of them into the entity. Now he finds himself finding a way out of the entity, haunted by visions of His employees he frequently breaks down repeating I'm sorry over and over until he is calmed down.

I like the backstory, he sounds like a strong man with some emotional problems.
