Lethal pursuer should be locked for certain killers or nerfed.
I'm not saying that the perk itself is too strong. The perk is fine on like 90% of the Killers of the game. But the remaining 10% are too strong with this perk.
Killers like Nurse, Blight, Springtrap, Xenomorph and Wraith who can either teleport instantly to the other side of the map or just run there in the same amount of time are just busted with this perk.
Either this perk needs to be removed from these killers or nerfed that either the aura at the start of the map doesn't show but the 2+ Seconds for other Aura Perks remain or that it get's a extra effect which blocks the Killers Power for the first 20-30 seconds of the Match.

kay, I gotta agree with you on Nurse — aura reading on Nurse is really strong. But honestly, what else am I supposed to run on her? Ever since they turned her basic hit into an M2 attack, the perk choices have become super limited. And trust me, a full-gen-regression Nurse isn’t any fun either. But Nurse is Nurse — she’s usually doing her Nurse things way before gen regression even becomes a factor.
They’ve taken away so many perk options from Nurse. What else are you supposed to run if not aura reading?
As for the other killers, I don’t really see it as a big issue. Just expect to have that perk early in the game, position yourself smartly, and be ready to take a chase with a Billy or Blight. On those killers, that perk is kinda wasted anyway — the other aura-reading perks during the match don’t do much, and there are just stronger perks that are also pretty unpopular.
(I think most people find a full anti-gen, anti-chase Blight way more unfun.)

Why? The purpose of the perk is to get early pressure. That's why it exists. The killer is giving up an entire perk slot to gain that advantage.
Tell you what, let's make it so Built to Last doesn't work on toolboxes. Or you're not allowed to bring Vigil if you equip an exhaustion perk. Since we're just getting rid of things that work well together, might as well go all out, right?
Half of the fun of the game is finding perks and builds that compliment your playstyle and killer power. If you just take away everything that works well together, then don't complain when you get 4 gen regression perks.

The only killer who is a bit problematic is nurse. But only bc she can sometimes get a hit 5sec after the match started.
All the others are completely fine. They are only op against people who hide in unsafe places. I understand that not everyone wants to run in the killers face but then hide near a pallet and not behind a rock if you hear the tr. And pls dont go into a locker.
If were honest killer use lethal as a weak link check. Most of the time they ignore the survivor who run boldly in their face and go for the ones which are still crouching/walking in the spawn.

It's 9 sec. No way your team can't split up in 9 sec and play against mentioned killers. Even if killer gets on weak survivor, it's only 1 hook. How's that even broken for a perk slot?

nurse doesnt traverse this fast.
it's blight.

does it even matter anymore?
survivors spawn together, the perk is even less useful right now, if anything its more used to extend the aura reading of other perks

Lethal is less strong with new spawn logic. Lethal itself is not that good, Phantom Fear is way better as it serves multiple times per game, sadly has too long cooldown and too short duration.

Its not about the speed, its about spawning positions. There are maps like Midwitch where a nurse can blink on survivor in the lethal duration (helps when the survivor moves closer).
If a blight reaches me quick with lethal, it doesnt really matter for me. Its still a quick chase start with a S-tier killer, but he wont get a free hit with his first rush. So its fair perk value.

midwich is a highly specific example and even there nurse would have to cross the entire map sometimes.

I would say it's more problematic on Nurse, because she benefits from extended duration of aura reading more.
I still think she shouldn't be able to see survivor auras while charging blink… Then she can still use info perks to find survivor, but they will not carry her chase.
Nurse was gatekeeping all aura perks for too long.0 -
Phantom Fear
I think Phantom Fear is in good spot, I am currently using it on Legion and it works great for me.
Lethal is way better for early pressure and gives you more information, which can be big deal for some killers. Then you just need another aura reading perk with it…
I wouldn't say it's strictly better than Phantom Fear, they just do something different, but Phantom Fear doesn't really have room for synergies with other perks.
Kinda fun on Nemi, because zombies will start walking there.
Phantom Fear is closer to how UW should have been changed imo. It just helps you get into chase during the game, but won't really help much otherwise.0 -
I said "the only killer which is a BIT problematic" is nurse. Bc she has SOME instances where she can blink on top of the survivor. I made ONE example.
What do you want from me? A thesis which shows the probability of an insta hit with nurse with lethal?
I dont understand the point of your replies. If you want to counter my point you can do it. But then you would need to show that there is never a occasion where nurse blinks on top of a survivor. Otherwise you just agree with me.
