Perk for the blind?

Hey, so I'm making up perks for a fan-made Survivor and he's blind. I know he's not going to be a character for DBD, but I do want to make it seem like he's playable, and him being blind seems to counter the idea of him being a functional character.
I've already come up with the plan that the Entity would lend him some vision - not restore it - kind of like glasses, they don't indeed fix your eyesight, they give you something that you can see through because your eyes alone can't see well without them. Anyways, back on topic; I want to express and show that the Entity lends this character vision from its power for the sake of making the trials a little more exciting.

I want to discuss this with someone because I don't know what this specific perk even does other than turn the Survivor's view into a dark red tint. I've thought about him being able to see generators from across the map, but it frankly sounds like bullshit. I know I haven't given hooks a thought, but that's probably going to make the perk extremely ######### lame. It's not the idea of playing a blind character; it's the idea of playing a person who has aid from the Entity itself and not being a Killer. What kind of ability can the Entity willingly offer to a Survivor perk?
