Respectfully, a 40 year old, broken down, 7 feet tall Animatronic made of medal shouldn't be able to walk the same speed as The Huntress, a killer 2x smaller.

Are you really trying to use logic here?
Some killers would need massive changes to make sense.
How the hell are you even able to stun nemesis with a pallet? That guy is a walking tank.3 -
The angles and shadows of the descending pallet are the perfect shape to give the Nemesis parasite in his body a tiny BSOD and it's that which stuns him, not being hit by the pallet.
