SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I got stuck on top of a chest after picking up the item inside

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was picking up an item from a chest on RPD East Wing and my game stuttered (very outdated PC) and I teleported on top of the chest unable to move, be healed or picked up by the killer. All I could do is spin in circles. The killer was able to down me, but I couldn't move still and I was only able to rotate myself in weird directions vertically and horizontally.
