SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
When you play Freddy, sending a Snare, putting down a dream pallet or switching between your 2 powers has a delay which makes his power feel really clunky and slow to use. This bug has been happening for a couple of months now.
