Sole Survivor is bugged.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Sole Survivor is bugged, as it doesn't make the hatch get opened (with a Key ๐๏ธ) faster. The bar stays grey, and it doesn't light yellow, or appear to be opening 50% faster, but it still takes the default 2.5 seconds.
PLATFORM: Steam.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Use Sole Survivor, close the hatch, and then open in with a Key.
