Heal bar bugged with strength in the shadows

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Sometimes, while healing in basement with strength in the shadows, the bar will always be 100%, not showing the real progress.
PLATFORM: PC steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Just healing with this perk makes this bug happens from time to time

Issue is also happening on Xbox. Experienced this issue a few times earlier today. Doesn’t actually finish healing, just gets stuck at 100%
