Some Rift Items arent obtainable despite completing the rift (PS5)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: a continuation from the last report i made in june. So the rift just ended, completed the rift and deep rift (Lv 100) and assuming i would get my unclaimed items since some of the rewards for some reason never claimed, i sadly didnt get them. Despite many claiming it was fixed, it never got fix and i lost the unclaimed rewards between level 75-79. there were others who also had this issue.

I am also still missing an item from the previous rift pass even though i finished the the rift pass completely.
