Stairs (banister) on Underground Facility "grabbing" you when hugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was running up and down the stairs on underground facility (when injured) and hugging the inner wall/banister tightly and they slowed down my character bringing them to an abrupt stop. Was easily repeatedly no matter where I was on the stairs. First time I've noticed this and it really felt "off" from normal gameplay.
