Character loadout/Presets not saving

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Presets of perks and items and preset names don't save upon leaving the game.

PLATFORM:PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I boot up DBD, make changes to a preset, I play some games. Then later leave the game. Booting up DBD again, the changes upon last time I did, didn't save.

VIDEO: I dont think its needed, its self explanatory

This bug have been for the last couple months for me and it seems the people were reporting it already in 2024.

Is there any trick to make my preset save or I need to pray that one day BHVR will fix it?

    I have the same issue, but for some reason, it saves the loadout and the name of it on some characters and in others it doesn't. Cosmetic loadouts just don't save at all however, with any character, and you can't even name them.
