Cross platform data not saving properly when switching platforms

I bought the DLC cosmetics from the rift pass and also the new walking dead cosmetics on Steam, when I swap over to PS5 it shows that I did not unlock the same tier levels as I did on PC AND it removes my cosmetics that I set for the characters. But I still have access to the stuff I've unlocked

Just swapping platforms
