Menu music still bugged this patch, its way, way, way too quiet.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
This bug has been reported repeatedly, and it has always been marked as under review. However, as of this current patch it is still not fixed.
In short, the bug is the menu music being nearly mute, to the point it can't be heard over the bloodweb or some idle animations. Even in perfect conditions, the ambience in the menu is often louder than the music.
