Baermar’s anniversary torso is completely silent and has no voice in game

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Baermar’s Tuned Mandore torso piece has no voice in game and is completely silent. It also still has aestri’s name and icon connected to it.

PLATFORM: All

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Equip tuned mandore cosmetic piece.
