new clown is now brainless and unhealthy with his insta activating haste that can go up to 17% with add ons also with stbfl rapid makes him more brainless than Kaneki and that genuinely should not be possible please revert this no one wanted more clown buffs he was in a good spot not every killer needs to be brainless bhvr
