Nightmare unable to fire Dream Snares

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When finished charging dream snare, pressing the button designated to fire the snare only put it away similar to huntress putting away a charged hatchet. Only got the snare to fire twice and no consistency between those tries and the others

PLATFORM: ps4

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: charged snare with left trigger, pressed right trigger to fire, puts power away
