    Oh, perfect, this is already on the forum. Here's video proof that it is just the description that's changed, not the actual add-on itself.

    From the wiki, Medusa's Hair is supposed to do this:

    Causes all Survivors within 12 metres of your Teleport destination to suffer from a -8 % Hindered Status Effect for 3 seconds.
