Xbox achievements not unlocking

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Not unlocking any achievements
PLATFORM: Xbox Series S
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Switched back to Xbox and made a new account, started playing DBD, got my character to level 10, also used their 3 unique perks. Never got the achievement for either of those
