Haste Stacking on Clown is a problem

With the new buff to yellow bottles haste stacking has reached extreme levels on clown.

With yellow bottle addons you can basically get 15% haste for the entire match which is crazy enough on its own but when combined with rapid brutality/machine learning this is pretty much unbeatable. 15% haste is faster than bloodlust 3 already at 132.5% , 23% haste from machine learning brings your move speed up to 141.45% while rapid puts you at 143.75%. When both are active you move at 153.95% literally faster than exhaustion perks speed for more than twice as long. Thats just 2 perks you can still bring 2 slowdown with that or go even crazier on the stacking with something like batteries included and NOED for an additional 5% through the match and 4% haste with insta downs in end game bring your max move speed up to 163.3% with insta downs.
