Last Stand let's survivor vault faster

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: once the perk Last Stand is active, survivors vault slightly faster than normal. The Perk should not do this - it was already reported during the PTB and confirmed by ThatRyanR (CM) that this is a bug.

PLATFORM: PC (Steam)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: go into a match with the perk and once activated, the survivor performs a special animation that vault speed is faster than the normal base speed.
