Spectating will soft lock you

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When spectating if you leave and spectate again the screen will go grey and you no longer and change camera, leave and anything until the match ends.

PLATFORM: PS5

    This happened to me today too, on PC. Pressing any of the hotkeys to watch a specific survivor got me out of that state. My guess is spectating again puts you spectating yourself by default, which is broken because you already died, so you have to use the hotkeys to spectate someone else.
