Bhvr, are we getting the Yellow Rabbit mask as an alternative cosmetic any time soon?

Apparently bhvr themselves said they are planning to make his mask as an alternative option for the Yellow Rabbit legendary, but I honestly don't understand why this wasn't done in the first place. This is like getting unmasked Jason or Myers. Hopefully this can be done soon, as I would like to buy the cosmetic.

    Its probably something youd see much later in the year like how they are doing prestige rewards and then also trying to give old legendaries their own badges and stuff, lots to do and change. Adding customization to legendaries would be a big a step as the auto bloodweb , but probably even bigger as there are a lot of legendaries in the game which i cant understand why they couldnt add shanoa and simon belmont :_( , but theyd have to start adding customization to more than just legendaries at that time as well, so i wouldnt expect it anytime soon. Hes getting more cosmetics probly around halloween, and around november/december will probly be the end of their phase 2 quality of life initiative, they might announce the next set of big changes afterwords, which might be the legendary customization.
