Crash to end load screen

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When dying on hook and then spectating the game glitches out and you just see a "load screen" like the match is complete. You cannot exit it or anything. Once I had to restart my xbox. The last two times it ended and went to the appropriate end match load after the last survivor death.
PLATFORM: xbox series x
